Marriage Fully Alive Counseling
Small changes. Deep courage. A marriage that feels fully alive.
Marriage isn’t supposed to be fine. It’s meant to be vibrant, honest, erotic, and spiritually grounded. Since 2002, I’ve been walking with couples and individuals who want more than just “getting along” — they want to grow up, wake up, and live fully alive in the space between them.
Is Your Marriage (or Life) Running on Half-Power?
You’re not broken—and neither is your marriage. But something isn’t working:
If you’re hungry for more integrity, more courage, and more connection—not just more techniques—you’re in the right place.

Hi! I’m Dr Corey Allan
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (TX LMFT #200944), a Certified Professional Life & Relationship Coach, and a Texas Board Approved Supervisor for LMFTs. I hold a Ph.D. in Family Therapy, host the Sexy Marriage Radio podcast with my wife Pam, and have been married for over 30 years. We have a daughter and a son, and we’ve walked our own road of growth, faith, and learning to love well.
My work draws from clinical training in the Crucible approach from Dr David Schnarch, a differentiation-based models of marriage, and a deep commitment to helping people live fully alive—emotionally, sexually, and spiritually.
Faith-Friendly. Not Formulaic.
Many of the couples I work with are Christians who love God and each other—and are still struggling. You’ll find that I take Scripture and spiritual growth seriously, but I don’t offer pat religious answers or “pray it away” advice.
Instead, we’ll explore how your faith can anchor real change: deeper honesty, better boundaries, and a more wholehearted way of loving.
